You can buy most of our tours as a private tour with an Icelandic professional tour guide. Just select the corresponding “private tour” marking in the booking system. In case of any doubt, please contact us on info@discover.is and we’ll help you out with your request.
We have super jeep tours, and minibus tours, bus tours as well, that can be operated on a private basis, and even customized to your wishes. For example, you may need a different pick up time, or location. You may land in KEF very early and wish to start the tour as soon as possible. This calls for a customized pick up and a fully private tour.
Day Tours and Multiday Tours
If you want to base yourself in Reykjavík, Iceland’s capital, and your stay is of 4 or 5 days, then taking day tours is what makes sense. If you stay for 7 days or more, a multiday tour can be a good option.
We can also do 2-day or 3-day tours, which are suitable if you want to reach locations such as the iceberg lagoon of Jökulsárlón, and the Snæfellsnes Peninsula in winter.
